We love you! Hope you had a fun day.

No birds yet

We check every day, but have yet to see birds at our feeder or on our house. Where are they? I had speculated that perhaps they were all gone for winter, but then I saw a whole tree of perfectly sized birds right outside our front door. So, maybe we miss them, time wise, or maybe we've got to wrong kind of food. Any suggestions? We'll keep watching.

The birdhouse is up!

Zoey and I love looking for birds together out of the front window. Luckily, Britney and Zoey made me this excellent bird house for Christmas! Now we can watch for our friend the Black Phoebe. Hopefully we have enough bugs around for him to eat, but at least he'll have a good perch, right?
