Breakfast Time

Happy Birthday Britney!

We love you! Hope you had a fun day.

No birds yet

We check every day, but have yet to see birds at our feeder or on our house. Where are they? I had speculated that perhaps they were all gone for winter, but then I saw a whole tree of perfectly sized birds right outside our front door. So, maybe we miss them, time wise, or maybe we've got to wrong kind of food. Any suggestions? We'll keep watching.

The birdhouse is up!

Zoey and I love looking for birds together out of the front window. Luckily, Britney and Zoey made me this excellent bird house for Christmas! Now we can watch for our friend the Black Phoebe. Hopefully we have enough bugs around for him to eat, but at least he'll have a good perch, right?

Thanks Girls!

Back to blogging

well, i haven't been here in a long time. lets see if i can make it back. here's what i've done most recently at work. i animated the little mini tanks. enjoy.

More Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier Info

Hand, pt 2

so, i'm wondering if i can embed this and save people the trouble of going to the website, and still get the views counted. . . we'll see. . .

Hand

so, i got a bee in my bonnet about a month ago, and made a spot for the Doritos Superbowl Ad Contest. Check it out. Share it with others. Dortios will pick their top 6 ads, then, starting in January, America will vote for their favorite. The team and i pulled off this spot in about 4 weeks, all told (one week pre productions, 3 weeks production), and i'm proud of what we've done. everybody put forth a superb effort. thanks guys!

to see it, click the link above, or here: http://www.crashthesuperbowl.com/#/video/4057 skip the intro, and it'll be there. sadly, the website for this contest is one of the most obnoxious sites of all time.

little chicken

5 months, 5 cans!

you may recognize the above right picture from this post. well, after Britney posted some excellent then and now pictures, some people wanted to know how Zoey stacked up against the cans at 5 months. well, one can a month isn't too shabby.

Hilarious

i can't not chuckle when i see this face. best pic yet.

Holga

so, for mothers day I got Britney a Holga. Like any good husband, I then promptly took it out to take pictures. Britney has taken some too, when she uploads them, i'll post a link.

*edit* britney's pics here

Dodger Dogs

went to Mormon night at Dodger Stadium. we sat in the all you can eat section near friends, ate dogs, watched ball, and had a generally excellent time. Britney posted nicely about it, but i couldn't help but mention it. mostly cause i wanted an excuse to post a picture of my baby girl :)

Madeline

went up to Utah for Madeline's blessing. who can believe that Dan is a dad? probably the same people that can believe that I am.

i've got more pictures here. britney has lots of great ones here.

The Happenings

well, lots had been happening since the last we spoke. we've had mothers day, fathers day, i turned 31 , every event made the more wonderful by my lovely wife and beautiful daughter. . .. we've been visiting, we've been visited. work has been happening, projects around the house and otherwise have been nearing completion, and Zoey gets bigger and more fun every day.
